Forza Football is a free mobile application that allows users to get live scores, push notifications and game highlights during matches for more than 1450 leagues and cups around the world. Therefore, it is the must have app for football fans wanting the latest news, scores, statistics and more!
We were brought in by Forza Football to manage a YouTube marketing campaign for them, based on our expansive experience across a variety of industries and sectors, which allows us to bring new perspectives when designing campaigns, to help our clients stand out from the competition.
To begin to build our strategy for this YouTube marketing campaign, we began by carrying out discussions with the client to establish some key objectives. Firstly, we established the key demographic as males aged 18+ within the tier-1 UK market, who have interests in either football, betting, FIFA or fantasy football. Further deliverables were to drive awareness, intalls and use of the application, in a bed to ascertain greater user acquisition and retention.
With the goals for the campaign established, the account manager for Forza Football turned their focus towards collating data from our internal and external sources; as well as previous campaigns, to build a tailored sheet for the client that we used to demonstrate what the best course of action would be. After which, we devised an unmatched strategy for the client that centred around the key demographic, deliverables and objectives established. In doing so, we produced a fully tracked YouTube marketing campaign that generated a scalable ROI and successfully drove installs, thus becoming an effective source for high-value user acquisition.
