Grand Hotel Mania is a mobile gaming application that allows users to manage and design their own hotels and is recognised by players all over the world.
As a large amount of our client portfolio and prior experience as an Influencer marketing agency centred on mobile gaming, we were brought in as key media partners to manage and apply our expert knowledge to the YouTube marketing campaign.
After discussions with the client about their campaign expectations, we outlined the following key objectives. Firstly, the target audience for Grand Hotel Mania was females aged 18+ within the English-speaking market. Following this, the client wanted to ensure we secured talent who could be authentic about the game and enjoyed it, so that users would be able to appreciate the integrity and versatility of the game.
Since the preliminary foundations of our strategy were formed, we began to utilise a data-driven approach through providing the client with key insights, utilising past campaigns we had run, in order to narrow the scope and advise the client on the key content verticals that we knew would generate the greatest ROI and install’s, such as entertainment, lifestyle and gaming-based channels.

From this, we produced a fully tracked YouTube campaign that produced a scalable ROI, successfully drove install’s and became an effective source for user acquisition.
