Noom: Health & Weight

In 2021, we partnered with Noom to manage their YouTube marketing campaign and generated a positive ROI through driving installs, with a budget of $30k+. With over 10+ downloads, Noom has taken the health and fitness industry by storm.


We were brought in by Noom to manage their YouTube marketing campaign, due to our expansive experience across a variety of industries and sectors, which allows us to bring a new insight when designing campaigns, to help our clients stand out against their competitors. With this in mind our expert beauty and wellness team were at the forefront of this campaign, to ensure Noom’s goals were met.

From initial discussions with the client, we established some key objectives. The first of which was that the intended target demographic for the campaign was individuals (both male and female) aged 18+ who are either fitness enthusiasts or people eager to kickstart their health journey. Secondly, Noom wanted to ensure the campaign drove installs from high value users in order to achieve a strong ROI. Thirdly, Noom wanted to optimise and scale sponsorships across multiple videos to ascertain greater user acquisition and retention.


With the goals for the campaign clearly laid out, the account manager for this client turned their focus towards collating the data insights from our internal and external data sources; as well as previous campaigns, to build a tailored sheet for the client that we used to demonstrate what the best course of action would be. After which, we devised an unmatched strategy for the client that centred around the key demographic, deliverables and objectives established. In doing so, we produced a fully tracked YouTube marketing campaign that generated a scalable ROI and successfully drove install’s and became an effective source for high-value user acquisition.
