Qatar Tourism Board


To drive awareness of the potential fan experience available in Qatar for the World Cup 2022, the Qatar tourist board wanted to take influencers over to Qatar to create content and demonstrate to fans what was on offer.


Centered around the Club Cup Final 2019 Liverpool v Flamengo, we sourced some of the biggest UK-based YouTubers and Instagram influencers creating football content. These included some Liverpool FC-specific content creators and other more general football creators.

They were flown out to Qatar for a week to capture content around the new football stadiums, the history and culture of Qatar, and fun tourist experiences to do while out there.

The required deliverables were two YouTube posts, daily Instagram stories cataloguing the daily activities, and Instagram posts after the trip tagging Qatar2022.

The campaign generated millions of views and raised awareness within the football community of all the amazing things on offer for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
