Underworld Football Manager allows users to become a chairman of their own football club.


The primary objective for this YouTube marketing campaign was to generate installs and a scalable ROI. As experts in gaming marketing, we were brought in as key media partners to manage the YouTube marketing campaign.

In order to better understand the in-depth needs and wants of the client we asked them to initially fill out a briefing form from which we concluded the target demographic they wanted to focus on was males aged 18+ within the English-speaking market. We then carried out further talks with the client, where we were able to outline other key elements within our strategy such as the call to action and visual aids required.


With a clear demographic established, we began to move onto another fundamental aspect to the campaign, which consisted of methodically analysing different content verticals and other key deliverables within this demographic. In doing so, we were able to evidence to the client what would drive the highest conversion rate and ROI and most importantly why.

In following this strategy, we produced a fully tracked YouTube campaign that successfully drove installs, generated a scalable ROI and became an effective source for user acquisition.
